Privacy notice

PlusCore Software(“we”, “us”) designs and builds software, including the Tangent+ loan management system. This notice explains what happens to personal information you give us through this website. You can contact us through paulp@plussoftware.co.za.

We only collect personal information you choose to send us:

• Enquiry and demo forms. Your name, organisation, email address, optional phone number, what you are enquiring about, the plan you chose (if any) and your message.
• Usage measurement. Aggregated, privacy-preserving page and performance measurements. We never send your name, email address, phone number, organisation or message to an analytics service.

We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell or rent personal information.

We use what you send us to:

• reply to your enquiry, and arrange a demo or a conversation if you asked for one;
• keep a record of our correspondence with you;
• understand, in aggregate, which parts of the website are useful.

We rely on your consent, given with the checkbox on the form, and on our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.

• Our email hosting provider— email delivery. Form submissions are emailed to our team from our own mailbox, through our hosting provider’s mail server.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — spam prevention, when enabled. It checks that a person rather than a script is using the form.
• Vercel — hosting, plus aggregated analytics and performance measurement. Vercel processes technical request data such as IP addresses to serve pages and protect the service.

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as we need it to respond and, if we go on to work together, for as long as our record-keeping obligations require. If we do not, we delete it once it is no longer needed. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, delete it or stop using it, through paulp@plussoftware.co.za. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live.

The website is served over HTTPS. Submissions are validated and rate-limited on the server, and message content is never written to our application logs. Please do not send passwords, bank details or identity documents through the form — we will arrange a secure channel if they are needed.

We may update this notice. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
